How to set up Easy Mode

Create a session or app limit

Set up your block in Jolt as normal - choose the app, set the duration or limit.

Select Easy as your difficulty

Choose Easy Mode when setting the block. The breathing animation activates automatically when you attempt to open that app.

The pause does the work

Six seconds. In and out. Most impulses dissolve. For the ones that don't - you made a conscious choice to proceed.
